Do you offer a first-time customer discount?

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Note that expedited shipping speeds apply to transit time only, not processing time. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Flagstick Golf Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

First-Class Mail: Est. 2-4 business days
Priority Mail: Est. 1-3 business days
UPS Ground: Est. 2-5 business days

My tracking says delivered, but I never received my package.

In the rare case your tracking shows “delivered” but the package hasn't arrived, please file a lost package claim with the carrier:

Once you have filed a claim, email us the claim number and we will follow up with the shipping carrier.

I received the wrong item, or something's missing from my order.

Send us a photo of what you received and let us know what's missing or incorrect, and we'll make it right.

What's the status of my return or exchange?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Feel free to email us your return tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it.
