We want you to love your Flagstick gear. If something's not right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
Return window: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to start a return or exchange: Email Contact@flagstick-golf.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send you instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Let us know the size or item you'd like instead, and we'll ship out your exchange as soon as your return is received.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
